Lynn has been in the industry for more than 21 years, attending numerous courses at Vidal Sassoon, Beverly Corbella and Toni & Guy. A focused and inspired stylist, Lynn specialises in everything from edgy haircuts, to classic bobs and Great Lengths Hair Extensions, with stunning results. Lynn brings experience, energy and enthusiasm to her role as General Manager and is a
firm believer in the importance of motivating the team through ongoing education.
James trained with Leonard of Mayfair and has collaborated on high-profile fashion shows and TV campaigns for names such as Chanel and YSL. James is defined by his clean and precise cutting – from subtle changes to a classic bob. His finishes range from polished and sleek to what could be described as architectural masterpieces!
Kelly has been in the industry for 21 years and joined Aitch & Aitch in 2007.
A creative, hands-on approach to cutting and hair extensions has won her a loyal client base. An extremely professional and valued member of the team, Kelly assists the Group General Manager with the day to day running of the salon.
Shella has worked in top salons across London and has over 20 years experience in the hair and beauty industry. Joining Aitch & Aitch in 2008 in a Managerial role, Shella has since attracted a large and loyal client base who appreciate her focused, diverse approach and meticulous eye for detail. An extremely professional stylist, who is dedicated to her clientele and the team.
Giving clients the ‘wow’ factor and making them feel good about themselves is so important to our Top Stylist, Emily. Emily trained as a beauty therapist but after qualifying, decided to focus her career on hairdressing. Now with over 10 years industry experience under her belt, Emily has never regretted her decision. She loves learning new techniques and solving hair issues for clients. Friendly and caring and going the extra mile is all in a day’s work for Emily.
Stacey is a very passionate colourist, who loves keeping up to date with all the current techniques and trends. Her interest in hairdressing started when she was very young, qualifying by the time she was 17. Stacey returned to college, a few years after qualifying, to obtain her NVQ Level 3 which allows her to teach young hairdressing apprentices at Shears Academy, in addition to her full time position at Aitch. Stacey has a vibrant, friendly personality.
Matilda has always been very passionate about colour and knew she wanted to train as a colourist from a very early age! Starting her career at the age of 14, Matilda completed her training at a south-east London salon and a London college. Her speciality is colouring using the Balayage and Ombre techniques.
Chloe’s hairdressing career commenced in 2005 and she joined the Aitch & Aitch Team in 2013. Chloe’s passion is creative colouring, incorporating the latest trends, techniques and seasonal tones. She feels that some people rely on physical appearance to bring out their personality, so a touch of hair colour goes a long way, although she agrees it is still important to take a clients lifestyle into account.
Senior Stylist – On Maternity Leave
Nicole completed her apprenticeship at the Beckenham salon in 2012 and has already built a loyal and regular clientele. Nicole enjoys all aspects of cutting and loves creating the perfect finish. If you are looking for a stylist who is excellent at hair up/special occasion hair, Nicole is your girl. She is especially talented in this field.
Lindsay has been obsessed with hair and creativity for as long as she can remember, inspired by images on film and television. With more than 8 years’ experience in the industry and 4 L’Oreal Diplomas in hairdressing, Lindsay loves all aspects of her field although her passion lies with bobs, longer hairstyles and bouncy blow drys. Lindsay takes pride in perfecting each finish, creating a unique look for each client.
